Back on...

Due to a payment snafu, my site was offline for several days. The hosting provider had an old credit card number. I thought they had tried to run the new one I provided, but they hadn't. I was able to straighten it out this morning.

I can happily report that the site is working again. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I totally hate it when companies do this. They sometimes even fax you (or email you) some new complicated form, insisting for a copy of your id, so they can make a change and then, you find out, that the change was never made. Then you need to go through the whole process, fax and email it and hand deliver it if you really need to, and make sure they do it for you while you're still on the phone or are standing in front of them.
Seriously, some companies really need to get their act together. I am sure sometimes they forget who their customer really is!
